Non-standard Die Spring Supporting Project for Yiheda, Cumulative 1,200,000 Pcs Supply

Yiheda is an automation standard component supplier. This project supplies mixed non-standard & JIS die springs for its downstream equipment customers, with spring force tolerance ±5%, stable lead time and high batch consistency required. We received the requirement in May 2023.

The first samples failed incoming inspection due to unstable springback of different wire diameters. We set separate coiling parameters and tempering holding time for each specification, sent samples for 5 rounds of tests, adjusted sorting standards to match Yiheda inspection rules.

All specifications were approved in August 2024, and rolling mass production started. Within 6 months, goods were delivered in 11 batches, total quantity 1.2 million pcs. Each shipment came with inspection report, and the incoming pass rate kept at 99.7%. After this project, we are listed as qualified supplier of Yiheda and keep receiving new non-standard spring development orders to support fast delivery for their end automation customers.
